Summary
The Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in Construction Site Management (Construction): Residential Development at SCQF level 10 allows candidates to demonstrate competence in job-related skills in their particular area of work and expertise. This qualification covers areas such as establishing, control and monitoring environmental factors and sustainability; controlling project progress against agreed quality standards; managing project handovers; and managing the installation, maintenance, monitoring and removal of temporary works.
